Vatican appoints Paisley Priest   Acting on the proposal of the Bishops Conference of Scotland, the Vatican Congregation for the Clergy has appointed Fr.Daniel Fitzpatrick as the next Rector of the Pontifical Scots College succeeding Monsignor john Hughes.
