Archdiocese of St Andrews and Edinburgh. With immediate effect, Archbishop Tartaglia will govern the
Archdiocese of St Andrews and Edinburgh until a new Archbishop is appointed. Archbishop Tartaglia said: These are painful and distressing times for the
