Around the world that scene will be repeated this Christmas when there will be other empty seats at the table, the absences where a loved one should have been, other lives lost in conflict. ...Cardinal O'Brien's Guatemala visit.  Cardinal Keith O Brien and Mgr David Gemmell (Adminstrator of St. Mary's Cathedral, Edinburgh) arrived safely in Petén, Northern Guatemala on Saturday afternoon after two days flying.  The Cardinal is on a two week visit to Guatemala and Mexico, visiting parishes in both countries where priests from his Diocese of St Andrew's and Edinburgh are on loan to the local diocese.  Writing from Flores in Guatemala, Mgr.
