New Bishop for Galloway  Pope John Paul II has appointed Mgr. John Cunningham as the new Bishop of Galloway. Pope Benedict XVI has appointed Fr Philip Tartaglia as the new Bishop of Paisley. The announcement was made at noon today (13 September 2005) in Rome (11am BST).
